whose to blame well in my opinion tony has to shoulder some of this for appointing stubbs in the first place and also the person who advised employing stubbs but he redeemed himself with jackett appointment and needs to back this with a lot of money in january
alan stubbs for been in a word arrogant refusing to accept his tactics were crap.
if KJ turns this around it will be the great escape and our new theme tune needs to be the great escape played next season
kj needs to drop fry and mattock and camp see what price can do
Lessons learned in 1st season when SE kept us up by skin of our teeth when (with the players he had and turnover allowed to use), did he really get the best out of them?
2nd season we all know what happened there.
This season more a less a repeat, that this time we will not get out of.
The worst thing is no separate recruitment process that should be on going no matter what manager is in charge. Said manager should be sat around the table but it seems to me they've had the over arching decision. The fact that 2 months in we were looking for a 'Head of Recruitment' really says what a bunch of amateurs we really are. We deserve to be in L1 & I hope the board reflect very heavily on the 3 seasons we've had here, and should we get here again (a) have better structures / systems and infrastructure in place & (b) don't make the same damn mistakes we've made this time.
On a positive, we will become a force under KJ, but he needs 2 summer transfer windows. Now is not the time to moan, its time to accept
cannot fault your thoughts, but I wonder if we have to play Fry as part of his loan deal.
As for Mr. Stubbs,I get the feeling that he realised early on that he did not really want to be here and was ,If not happy, then at least not upset to get the sack.

Would everybody accept that we are already down, do the players think this?
I still think we can still stay up, But the moment we dont sign anyone significant by Jan 31st, will be the moment we should all really look towards LG1 and rebuild.
KJ would still want to ply his trade in the Championship, and until the numbers say otherwise, he will continue to strive to this end, but i know there are a lot of realists on here, where experience would indicate that based on current form, we are doomed.
If we can take anything, at least we have a fantastic stadium, with a fanbase which albeit a quiet one to cheer them on.
If Adeyemi isn't fit for Derby game. Send him back to his parent club Cardiff. If KJ can get someone in would be a Halford type midfield player but younger, quicker. Is Belaid fit if he is agree in for Mattock. Newell don't know what's gone wrong can't play him how he's playing. Fisher has it gone to his head abit. He's got the ability but got to get back to the basics. Frecks hardly ever fit play Forde.
Side for Derby Camp; Fisher Ball Wood Belaid; Taylor Adeyemi or another Vaulks Forde; Ward Odemwingie. Either playing on the left.
It looks like we are going down but the players and staff should be believing they can stay up, and its not without question. one win next game and its all looking possible again-thats all it takes.
The question we cant answer positively is whether we have seen anything that makes us as fans think we can win in the region of 45 points from 30 games -when we have 1 win from 16-something only the top 6 will achieve . Therefore to match the percentage rate needed over the next 30 games would make KJ the best manager we have every had and at championship level with a very **** team.
Re the above posts... one of the most worrying things for me is that the majority of people on here see what the club doesn't, and have a better idea of what is needed!! Honestly, not sarcastically...
