When you scale Everest you've got to start coming back down as well at some point.

What are we?

We have a nice stadium - but said Stadium is owned not by Rotherham United but by one of the Chairman's other companies

We have what a core of 8,500 fans? - that in anybody's book is L1 at best

We always have and will live in the shadow of Sheffield - for EVERYTHING. Investment shouldn't be used as a word in the same sentence as Rotherham United as that would indicate a return on it. If you want investment you go to S6 where they can easily rake up 30k gates.

Last time in the Champ we were labelled as punching above our weight, and we have it now. Until we have serious training facilities and the local interest to acquire 15k gates, this label won't go away in the Championship.

I don't think people are surprised by our demise, I think it's the embarrassment of it. Our stadium has given us some wrong persona of professionalism, but the repeated & amateurish mistakes suggests we are everything but - Head of Recruitment anyone?

Bring on L1 I say, KJ I have no doubt will sort out our mess but it will take him 2 years in L1 to do so.
