Interesting. Not my type of formal footwear, more of an Oxford black or brown Church brogue myself. The Rotherham Embossed seem to be for the younger man about town. I wonder, is this just the name or are they actually made in Rotherham ? I remember an old cobblers/shoemakers shop down Westgate near Riley's garage, but I would have thought the old boy is long dead. It would be something of an economic coup for the town if so.
