Stubbs is out of his depth, no idea, is substitutions were too late to have any impact. Scottish football is a different world to the english football leagues. We need a manager with that experience, Tony please see your error and get us a manager that can install the belief of a RUFC side.
Quite simply, Stubbs has not learnt anything from any of the games we have played, the side has gone backwards. We need to take points from our relegation rivals and that is now two games in the mini league and zero points. Next three games can't see us getting anything and we will be rock bottom. The team now is as poor as any Rotherham team I can remember.
Not so daft Daft Miller. I would agree there is plenty of potential there but Stubbs is just not able to get the players motivated. Maybe he's asking too much from his players re footballing ability. Either way its not working.
It won't be long. I did a bit of tony watching from the north stand and he was pointing to the dugout after they equalised. I don't care who's in charge but for god sake dont sit back after going one nil up.
I would say it's over for stubbs after Tuesday. And get Gray in.
Sort the defence out and we will be hard to beat.
His record in Scotland was as "poor" as it was but we still hired him. Who did the check in his style of football. It was there very obviously for all to see.
Everything that happens seems to have a sense of irony about it. We score when we don't deserve it, sit back when we should go forward, and concede bad goals.
He cannot see a game out . The players are constantly looking for guidance . I think he's instilled the fear of God into them.
I really don't know what he can expect, to be honest that cup final victory for against Rangers was the worst thing that could ever have happened to us. If he couldn't get Hibs promoted from the doldrums of the Scottish championship on 2 separate occasions what chance has he got of keeping up a squad with one of the lowest budgets in the championship in one of the most hard fought leagues in world football. Tony, I love you man but you ballsed it up big time. Every single Rotherham fan knew it at the time but it should have been Stuart Grey.
