A word for the manager From me too.

Noticing him much more open, giving more opinion and sharing his ideas.

Watching the interviews on player , I see a much more animated , humorous and relaxed man.

He also shows for the first time some of his man management skills and his passion for winning and developing teams.

I think he may be settling in and maybe the passion of the fans has supported this transition too.

Yeah ... good points ian. I just think everyone needs to trust the guy and chill out. He had the b@lls to pick up a poisoned chalice. And he seems resolute and confident. I think he has been quick to adjust and i can see us giving someone a real hiding in the near future as the players continue to gel and gain fitness. If e can keep everyone fit. Calling for a guy to get the sack after 5 or 6 games is bang out of order. Leave that sh@t to them at the Sty
