Third burg you are clearly in need of glases if you think Frecks is crap captain. But each to their own all fans have different views. But look back when the man in playing and the difference in how the team play

surely that's down to him being a good player?

He isn't a good captain. Warnock realised this and gave it to Kirk.

More post match Stubbs rhetoric, doesn't sound promising to me. I must admit you'd have to go some to be even more defensive minded than Redfearn, but Stubbs has actually managed it. Not looking forward to Assombalonga filling his boots on Wednesday.

 Brad - you are right:

"I can understand the frustration of the fans after the game, but there has to be some realism." = i've been given no money so what do you expect...

Lose Tuesday, he's gone, and bad as that is, it's probably the best chance we have of staying up... but the underlying issue is still lack of funds on players.

decent players can make average mangers look good... you need very good managers (aka Warnock) to make a bad team punch above their weight.

Each to their own TB, but the proof is when FRECKS leads us we are a better organised 11. Kelly does not and will not give that to the team. We need leadership on and off the park and we do not have that. Stubbs has to start back at the begining. He has reasonable players not world beaters but we have a good few that if nutured can perform. They need the correct guidance and belief.

I have to agree that Frecks is not a good captain - he's very quiet on the pitch and a captain needs to be constantly talking and encouraging. He's a competent attacking midfielder - but no captain. We miss Kirk for the captaincy.
