It seems that the majority of fans are unhappy. I am more positive than ever about the future. Please look at the bigger picture rather than recent results. We have got a quality manager who has fresh ideas to make us a solid championship club.
It's time for you to chuck away your cloth caps and embrace the future. We are on the verge of something special.

Please backup your statement with something tangible that we can all say 'oh right, yeah didn't think about that' - instead of vague sweeping statements that really don't address the problems we're having - there is no smoke without fire
Ok I'm a Level 2 coach will be getting onto UEFA B next year, I ask again, please give me something tangible. I don't mind eating humble, I would love the youth project to bare fruit and for AS to manage this club for 5 years. As you know something we're obviously missing (those with credentials and without), then please present your side as its in a strong minority & I'm sure as others reading this, would love to know what your crystal ball says. In all honesty I can't see AS being here when we take the field for the FA Cup 3rd round, but that's just me
How many times have you gone into a club with six players on the books and within a couple of seasons won a domestic trophy?
Maybe you should talk tos Hibs fan and find out about the difficult early days there when Stubbs started to change things.
Do you think it happened by magic? Do you think there were no doubts, no difficult times? Of course there was. But their fans backed there manager and reaped the rewards. To see those Hibs fans dancing on the pitch after the Scottish cup final only tells a fraction of the remarkable transformation under Stubbs.
Our club can never compete financially with others, the only way is youth and to re-ivest when we sell them on. I am grateful that Alan Stubss has the courage to take on that challenge, despite the appalling abuse from our ungrateful, spoilt supporters.
We are unbeaten at home, we have more points than we did at this stage last season, and we are a point behind some very big clubs in our league, so my advice is to give him till Christmas before you start sobbing off about your coaching badge.

The Real TTB is one who wants a young progressive coach ( I would not have sacked Redfearn but I am delighted now that we have got Stubbs) to give us a solid foundation and who is given the time to follow through on his ideas.
