TS will be as furious as anyone. ..more so given everything he has been involved in daily...the losses and wins , the back stabbing and lie's , the hopes and dashed promises, the investment and recuperation and the pride and shame.

Will it cause him to really go for broke ? It hasn't in the past but the pressure this year is enormous. No chance to really change it this year and no sense of progress and we know what happened to king Ronnie last time we got hammered by a neighbour.

Burton, Barnsley , Huddersfield , Brentford , Bristol, etc; all our natural. Competitor's and clubs close to us in recent times doing much better and with really spirit and momentum.

No Steve Evans to inspire and believe in and no leaders like arnie, Morgan , revell, Pringle, on the pitch. Don't you already miss that team that cared so much ?! Inspired so much?!

Mistakes ?!

I'm Glad stubbs got hammered going off the pitch. Though I don't have that In me personally and some of those I saw I wouldn't leave in charge of my house plants , I do think he needs to hear what we as fans are about . The players more so. Izzy brown looked (I doubt he felt it) like a little kid but I hope he was seething and embarrassed. Likewise , all but Taylor yesterday should passion. The rest should be forced to hang off the edge of a cliff to see if it stokes any passion to fight for things. That's a worry for me. I only see that in Taylor and Forde and Adeyami, camp , and Broadfoot and frecks. Where's the fight that makes your body that much harder to knock off the ball and gers you that inch and doesn't flinch . I saw every Barnsley player do that and I can't think of any from RUFC...especially the manager who is not naturally ...not sure how to describe him actually.

So it's time. No excuses.

In the modern game you don't need and you don't deserve time to get it right. You have to.make an immediate impact. Wednesday is the deadline for the last big pieces of the jigsaw. Personally , I've never completed one more than 50 piece 's but Im the passionate type not the pattern type. We have lots of jigsaw players and a jigsaw manager but now we need 2-3 very , very good players above any we have ever had to put this right and help the others to see their place. Yep! I think that's true as it's that dire ...if stubbs doesn't bring in 2-3 really very good players there is no way at all he can lift this team out of the bottom 3. No way at all. I hope he knew that before we played Barnsley.

Paul's comments on Scott Allan sum up our problems. 'despite obvious skill and vision...looks lightweight..needs to shed a few pounds...gave the ball away too cheaply and showed little inclination to win it back'. In other words ill-prepared with no passion. Rotherham fans don't mind if their team lose if the players have shown desire and effort. The passion amongst the away end fans should have been replicated on the pitch. It wasn't and resulted in the outpouring of frustration at the end. I know time will allow the team to understand each other and gel, and will allow the manager to realise his best team, formation and tactics, but it won't instill desire - that should be a given from the day the player signs his contract. If Scott and is too fat and not fit enough to fulfil his contract as a professional footballer either stop his wages until he is or send him on his way for breach of contract. How many employers of people on here would put up with people turning up for work not fit for purpose?

Looks lightweight _ needs to shed a few pounds. Surely a contradiction in terms, but I know what you mean. Fat needs to be converted to muscle, and a few ounces of iron will would also help.

Scott Allan suffers from type 1 Diabetes so he would have to be careful on any weight loss programme he went on.

Even harder  if you`re a sportsman.
