Stubbs was being persecuted before a ball was kicked. The big babies in our fan-base, those immature adults who bawl and wail if they don't get instant gratification, create an awful atmosphere at the matches. Imagine trying to do your job and the moment something didn't go right you had thousands of overgrown children with enormous beer-guts screaming abuse at you. Who honestly would be able to be effective and work under those conditions?

 

Kevin Wilson has one bad performance and already he is the whipping boy. How many other Millers over the years have had poor debuts and yet turned it around? Dozens and dozens. Why not Wilson?

Why can't our team suddenly get comfortable with their roles and formation and start to string results together?

 

ALANS STUBBS RECORD IS IDENTICAL TO WARNOCK"S FIRST 3 LEAGUE GAMES IN CHARGE SO HAVE SOME PATIENCE!

 

I have already stopped going to away games because our fans spoil the day with their yobbish behaviour.

 

I wish my season ticket also contained access to a glass sound proof box, to watch the games from, because the atmosphere  our negative supporters create is absolutely toxic and destructive.

 

Try and SUPPORT the team. Try this Saturday to keep your gob shut if you can't say anything constructive.

Football is a horrible animal. Those who think all spectator sports are the same, should get themselves over to the arena for a few games of Ice Hockey, its an amazing experience, miles more exciting than football and near the end of the season when the important games come up the arena is rocking

I like how Stubbsy doesn't suck up to the Millers fans. Evans and Warnock were master bull****ters and it was very contrived and fake. Stubbs is the opposite. He is his own man and doesn't care what the fans think. He was also very honest about the atmosphere at NYS and wasn't overly impressed. Warnock and Evo would have made out that our supporters made an atmosphere better than the Nou Camp. Stubbs doesn't lie though. Makes me trust the guy and ultimately he won't leave us in the lurch like Evo and Warnock did.

You don't half talk some ****e why did they leave us in the lurch? Evans came and gave us two promotions and then kept us up, Warnock against the odds kept us up?

What's this guy done to prove himself? Nothing yet admittedly its early days and no he hasn't had barely enough time but on the evidence of the first four games which is all we can go on weve  conceded THIRTEEN goals and playing a system that the defenders  especially aren't capable of playing and the so called better "footballers" like Caskey, Taylor, allan etc can't be arsed to get back and defend, thus creating a great big gap between defence and midfield for anyone between the ages of Jack Grealish  and Usain Ellison aged 37 and 3/4 to run into
