Its interesting to see he resigned in the end as it seems negotiations were at a bit of a deadlock re compensation. Not completely up to speed on the legal aspect of this situation, but does that mean we no longer have to fork out a compensation payment since Stubbs was in effect a free agent.

Good for us if we dont have to pay, but it would seem a bit unkind to Hibernian if we dont offer some sort of reparation for their loss. Or I am I being naive and its tough luck on them, business being business.

Three year deal is one hell of a risk. Tony hopefully knows what he's doing. Welcome Alan & John to the club & every good wish.
