Im reflecting somewhat and I dont think I mind Mowbray or Gray...both seem to have the kind of character men would listen too and want to play for.

Mowbray had an awful winter at coventry and although some cov fans will think we are too small to tempt him, I think that given their continued issues with the owners and the Ground (could end up playing where the current rugger ground is) we could.

Mowbrays record is very up and down. He seems to have been well liked wherever he has gone and has a decent spell followed by a pretty poor one. He either seems to get jobs where cash is short and restructuring needed, or he doesnt like ******s in the dressing room. He has some history of playing very nice football but does go on long runs of losing games. He clearly has enough experience for us having managed in England and Scotland, has a very decent pro career and has managed at the highest level.

Gray is well thought of and another serious football mind. He doesnt have the resume of Mowbray but is also liked by all. He did more than well enough at Wednesday when compared to the previous hand full of managers ,but he did have a decent squad all the same even if its nothing compared to the current Wednesday squad (may they get thrashed 8-0 at wembley). He is renowned as a coach and certainly strengthened Wednesdays shape making them hard to beat in his tenure...just what we need I presume.
