NW is correct, the implications of publicly stating such things is massively irresponsible. He should be brought in front of the FA and reprimanded then reminded of his position in the local community. If LJ doesn't realise that it's down to your players to get the crowd behind you then he should give up now. Luckily the Bristol City fans are a good bunch, thank goodness it wasn't Leeds or Millwall!

Funny how both sides saw the game. If you read the Bristol City forum you would think we were a bunch of time wasting, cheating thugs who play 'anti football' whatever that is.

I sat in their main end Tuesday night, they were just typical supporters, every decision should have gone for them and every time we got one, it was a disgrace! In saying that, there was no real malice in any of it, yes, they were very "one eyed" but, so are most supporters.
Me and my lad found it rather funny at times, some of the comments were pretty good but as stated earlier, without the nastiness. Contrast this with earlier in the season when I sat in the main stand at Elland Road just after Newell scored.......Wow, now they are a different bunch of chaps!!!!!!!

Crazy really, both teams we're doing the ethically worse in football to obtain the upper hand. Both were going over too easily, they were diving, we were time wasting and doing whatever was just within the rules to break the game up. This is football, no team wanted to lose, this is the business end where points not performances matter. In honesty the game was like watching 2 league one teams going at it - it reminded me of the games against Preston. We certainly don't go to that extent but its good to know we can to get what we want, I'm sure City don't either - but if they do they'd better change it for next season, those 20,000 and that new stand won't stand for that kind of football.
