Never any doubt haha. Makes Evans look a tad foolish now when he said it was definitely a red.

And what about dear Mr Friend. Will someone have a word in his shell-like about not being bullied into changing his decisions on the basis of a tirade from a bunch of overpaid and theatrical southern Europeans (and one from north of the border) hell bent on gaining an advantage whatever it takes? No - I thought not.

Humble pie for me for tea. Amazed it has been rescinded, but pleased it has. I would now definitely pick Matty for tonight's match - he will be thinking he owes the lads a goal or two for the extra shift they had to put in for him. Plus he only had an hour of work on Saturday!

Not only that Glenn but why arent professional players punished for

A) conspiring to get an opposing player sent off and

B) intimidating the referee to send him off

I'm too amazed common sense has prevailed.

A good feeling really correct discipline for once.

Excellent

Smiler - are you TTB in disguise? Now that's a prediction worth listening to and at half time you're spot on!

Rumbled Glenn!

I agree wholeheartedly with Towdlad by the way. I thought players were supposed to get yellow cards for trying to influence refs to give yellow cards out. Why then are six players allowed to surround a ref and influence him to give a red (whether it was a justifiable red or not)?

Shocking.

Leeds were at that from the first minute, led by Raynor, with Best the main target. Classy.
