Was Newell's 5 a typo (the lowest score you gave out for any player)? Gave the ball away once each half, crossed for both Broadfoot and Ward's chances. I had him as my MOTM, cool, calm, harried there defence and tried to create throughout the game. I thought he played well, as did the Blues fan I talked to after the game who said he thought our number 22 was the best player on the park. He also said we looked more solid at the back when Halford came on (which, I also agreed with).

totally agree with halford obviosuly had issues with evans lyin g to him about his postion like he did with maguire
both players got the hump. warnock will use halford no doubt
i wouldnt mind see him upfront with derbs doing the knock downs for derbs to poach
well yes but be construed as a typo but we have to be optimistic and hope he can find the goal and he does it best well he tries his best when he gets the knock downs
