Just listened to his interview on radio Sheffield. You've got to feel for the position he's been put in. Sounds a layed back level headed fellow so I think he may need a boisterous Warney to give the motavational team talk. What ever the very best of luck to him and I hope he retires on played one won one.
Gave up another job to join us. Tough on the bloke. Won't even get the one game in charge now. There isn't usually much room for sentiment in football. I hope we look after him and compensate him properly if there isn't a role here for him any more. Perhaps if Redfearn gets straight back into management he will follow him wherever that is?
