Frecks for Shinne when fit or as sub

I have it on very good authority that the vast majority of the players loved working with Redfearn and are very sorry to see him go. They were trying for him. Obviously players who don't feature at all are unlikely to share that view. The point is that whoever the new manager is will have the same issues to overcome. We still have a number of players around the place who aren't up to it and he (whoever it is, and perhaps it could be a she - it's that sort of week so far) will have very little opportunity to change very much. My team assuming they are all fit would be: Camp; Richardson, Broadfoot, Belaid, Mattock; G Ward, Smallwood, Newell, Burke; JCH, Becchio.

 AH, I remember back in the day, Tommy Tynan on loan from us to Plymouth. Did he not play against us but also scored? or am I getting fuddled minded in my old age.

Its my view that the players are ok, it was the ethos that's wrong. Halford though should never wear the shirt again, again what on earth is going on with Thorpe? Ward and Burke, like Green & Smallwood should not be in the same team. The sooner we realise we can't defend so might as well go for it the better (unless we get 2 full backs and a real defensive midfielder on loan that are really decent highly unlikely). We need 6 or 7 wins from those last 16 and the month of hell coming up, its a tall order but not if we're scoring goals to overcome the obligatory 2 we let in
