Good player and a good signing. I like the way the squad is taking shape. We have some good footballers in, and a bit more pace and athleticism about us. I think we are becoming a very decent side, playing good football at times and with a goal threat. If we can cut out the soft goals at the back we have enough going forward to win plenty of games and stop up with a bit to spare. UTM.

Here, here smiler. I'd had my fingers crossed all week we'd sign him, and sign we have, from what I've heard of him he has the class and panache we've been needing. I endorse everything you say about the way the squad is shaping up and feeling more upbeat about our chances of survival.

As one might expect there are mixed reviews in Brum.

+gives all. Good footballer. Signed a new 3 yr contract this year. Very good at start of campaign.

-slow and easily knocked off the ball. Out of favour on an improving team pushing up past mid table.

Verdict: 65/35 % chance of improving us.

I'm feeling much more confident nowadays and can honestly say that the signings Redfearn is bringing in are taking us up to a level that Evans would not have achieved at this club. Hopefully they will work out on grass as they do on paper.
