Mine is to be more tolerant of our performances on the pitch. I moan one week and praise the next!

Mine is to start being more intolerant like Exeter as he's often right.

Just remember that life is one big contradiction, - now up, now down, now patient, now intolerant, now serene, now frustrating. And our particular slice of it as Millers fans seems more contradictory than ever. Doesn't matter what resolutions you make, there'll be a situation in life that will make you break it.

in August I trapped a nerve in my back and have put 10 pounds on.

my resolution is to train through the pain and hit the diet. I will lose 14 pounds by 1sr March.

My Mri showed how I can train with my injury.

Good luck but I wouldn't take the advice of an MRI scanner re your training strategy.
