Got to agree Towd, not impressed with the Redfern reign so far but i do belive the clubs predicament goes far higher than the playing staff and on the pitch management :)
I think all fans northern or not after spending, time, money, sacrifice and effort just want to see the team have a go. I'd rather lose 3-2 every week than 1-0 - c'mon Redfearn lets show scant respect for everyone and get that ball in the final third with numbers not tippy tappy sideways passing with 1 up top - its been tried, tested and failed for us since we step foot in this league

I think you are right gaz mate. I have to admit that I wasn't too worried about Redfearns appointment (Gray was my first choice), we could all see the rot had set in within the club, and knew it would take time to see a marked improvement, but I did expect better than we've done so far.
I do feel for the guy really, but I also feel there's something going on much deeper, even under Evans this season it just was not working. Just about all the squad are experienced Championship players........you would expect something, wouldn't you? but theres nothing. Something is fundamentally wrong, and I'm beginning to wonder whether we would be in the same position choose who we'd appointed. As my old dad used to say, 'What will be will be'
