Tick Tock... Why Redfearn must go

1. Lack of pride, commitment, passion, effort and desire in the team under Redfearn. How we rolled over and had our tummy tickled against Wednesday was unforgivable.

2. He requires  a better class of player than Evans to achieve the same level of performance.

3. He states that certain players don't fit into the style of play he is adopting. What style is that then? Five in midfield and then lump the ball over their heads anyway.

4. Can he be trusted in January to improve the team? As these players are clearly not playing for him it suggests he will need at least 11 players. Not going to happen.

5. Crowds will start tumbling very shortly resulting in less money for new players.

You took the cheap option Mr Stewart and it turns out that you do get what you pay for. Sack Redfearn, scrap the transfer committee which is a joke, and go and pay what is required to land a decent manager.

he blames everyone but himself, in the interview last night it was Evans fault for summer signings, the boards fault for letting players go, the players fault for not trying, or having light injuries and not wanting to play

Yet he continues with Collins at CB when thorpe should be playing, let Barker go back because he wasn't playing him, lets players go out on loan then moans about the size of the squad.

He is out of his depth, however they won't get rid and my worry is next season not this one, as he has no experience of managing a club to promotion in any league and I can see the decline and excuses continuing into next season

I had every faith in Evans keeping us up.

I have got every faith in Redfearn taking us down. He should do the decent thing and resign instead of hanging around waiting for a pay off.

Whilst I agree that the signings we made in the summer weakened the team, and I suspect some were panic signings by SE or signings made solely on the players name and availability, rather than scouting etc. I can honest say that SE would be getting more out of these players than Redfearn is.

We have a bunch of idle, lackluster and substandard easy-riding players who are taking the p*ss under Mr. 'nice-guy' Redfearn. He cant motivate them and get them to perform. Either Redfearn mans-up, takes a bit of responsibility and lays the law down, or we sack off 12-14 players in January.

It's strange how their brains work hillsborough miller it's as if they blame Redfearn for the sacking of Evans in some way. It's a fact that managers need time and not giving them that time because you're frustrated that a manager you like was sacked is extremely stupid. Funny how people react to change.

Love how out of the games he could of picked, he picked a game we weren't actually bad, Wednesday have a lot of quality this season and the effort was there I noticed after watching the game again.

Nine points from six games and unlucky to get nothing out of Wolves and Blackburn. A bit fortunate to win at Leeds. Good against Brizzle after a dodgy start. Rubbish at Huddersfield its true. Good against Hull but they might have helped by having an off day. In short a bit of a mixed bag. Five in midfield worked yesterday against a top team in the division and he is still trying to get what he can out of what Evans left him plus whatever free agents or loans he can muster. Just because we beat Hull I am not saying Redfearn (is he still Crappers or has he shaken that nickname off now?) is a genius any more that he was an idiot after the Huddersfield game. Just give the man a fair chance to do his job and lets be sensible and realistic in the meantime. He is doing his nest with what he has. We seem to be on an upward curve and we have a transfer window round the corner. I just don't want us to be one of those clubs where managers get ten games to get results or they are gone.

The odd win every other week will not keep us in the Championship.

3 wins from 6 is current form - that sort of record from now on will keep us up.
