Fantastic result, but

Up until the penalty went in I was sat there thinking 'here we go again'. Bristol looked very dangerous going forwards and was cutting through us like a hot knife through butter.

From 2-0 onwards though it was a different story. We got the measure of them in midfield and only one team was going to get the next goal. I think Grant Ward is going to become a super player.

Danny Ward going back to help out Collins on the right made all the difference - we were wide open first half but second half shut up shop down that side which allowed Grant Ward to come inside more central and give us that pace in central midfield to counter quickly. Have to say Danny Ward played for the team today and was immense - well done Danny.

The result never lies.

Good all round team performance too strong on the day for Bristol.

G. Ward is looking more tidy and solid each game but wide is not his bag.

Well done to D. Ward too. When he is fit and got his game head on he is very good performer indeed.

Broadfoot has quickly made that position his own again.

Not sure they were cutting through us like a hot knife through butter. We conceded the wings and packed the box but apart from a couple of times we kept them out of the box on the whole.

That was 1st rate yesterday, we had a bit of luck in the 1st 20 mins and a great save by camp to keep it 1-0 but the players really gave it all and well done to the management team for starting to get it sorted, a long way to go but much much better. Interestingly enough we started with 10  players that Evans brought in on the pitch. and Redfearn didn't mention that this time.

Perfectly happy to be proven wrong as it means my beloved Millers are winning
