That is now a week of interviews with the same garbage where he blames everyone but himself, the players arent good enough, they aren't doing what he asks, the clubs recruitment has been poor, it isn't his squad etc etc etc 

absolute garbage Redfearn, you have selected the wrong team everyone of 6 games, you consistently play the wrong players in the wrong positions, you play the wrong formation. Felt so sorry for Thorpe we sat and countered the 6 times he had to do last ditch tackles to cover for Green losing the ball, yes not his best game but....

Formation is 4-2-3-1 with two holding midfielders smallwood and thorpe, not played them together yet.

Add to all this the fact the week before a crucial game, he publically tells us he has decided to kick players out of the club and the current players aren't good enough, I manage a team of 70 staff and trust me you don't do that when you need them the most.

In every other job now you are on a probation period when you start a new job, well hopefully so is Redfearn, because this is awful and he has to take responsibility for it. Like others I thought he would do ok, but no I was wrong he is clueless and clearly TS agrees as he left the stadium at half time
