Sensible sounding stuff from Mr Redfearn and the major surgery he talks about is certainly needed.
I guess Halford and Ledesma will head the queue of departees plus possibly Richardson, Broadfoot and White amongst others.
The problem then will be whether he can attract better players than those when we are currently languishing at the bottom of the division and playing without any attacking threat whatsoever
We will obviously be looking at loans or players who are currently unattached before we can conclude any pemanent deals in January and this will be a difficult trick to pull off as we have 9 games between now and then and need to take a serious number of points from them if we are to have any chance of staying up.
The next few weeks will be a major test of Mr Redfearn's managerial abilities and may well define our season and his career with the Millers. UTM.

Same truth hurts hard facts sound bytes. Although I'm not sure about the stale bit, thats rhetoric for why should we pay you for sitting on ya ass. Also not sure about dont need to get out before we get in, if Evans didnt blow 95% of the wages budget I'll eat my hat.

I'm sure Redfearn has the right stuff, unfortunately 90% of his staff don't, and that will take 2 summers to rectify, if we don't go down this time, we should be better structurally for next season, if we do then I've no doubt he should be given time to stamp his own authority on it and have a go at getting us back up
