If a billionaire new owner

Wanted to change the team's colours would you go along with it?  After all we were not always red and white and the Arsenal strip dates only from 1948.

In fact I have long sought to discover the cir***stances of the adoption of the red and white in 1928 and whether this was controversial at the time.  It appears to have come out of the blue.  Rotherham United was formed from two clubs whose strips were chocolate and sky (replaced for one season by an Owls type blue and white) and black and white.  For the first couple of seasons the merged club's colours were black and yellow.  Then suddenly red and white comes in and the rest is as they say history (apart perhaps from Docherty's awful all red strip).

My own view is it's time for a change and I fancy a return to this little beauty from 1908.

I quite fancy this one, old Rotherham Town, but I dont think my old mam would have fancied knitting me a scarf in all those colours

 Yes, that's the chocolate and sky.  A unique strip which I think came from an original club called Lunar Rovers (who may have played at Clifton Lane - but may not.  I must check.)

Oh !!!

Not sure.

Blue is difficult to swallow.

However, I wonder if others have been thinking they wouldn't mind a radical overhaul. I've been thinking that for a few seasons now.

Very different than the cardiff fan response. Perhaps there is something wrong with me.

 Perhaps there is but I, too, fancy a change.  Out with the old and in with the even older?

I've decided to merge the first ever RUFC strip of yellow and black with the later red so as not to upset our less adventurous fans and will be proposing this;
