It doesn't really explain how player recruitment will work though does it? As far as I can tell there are only 1.1/2 people on that board who will know anything about players, Neil Redfearn and Gee Evans.
I would hope the latter (half) is going to be replaced soon as it seems a bit unsafe with his illustrious brother working at a rival club.

 I am not going to say anything on this issue as it may get me in trouble.
