Kempo it has the opposite effect, even after a day of vaping smoking becomes repulsive to the taste, after a week or so you can smell smokers a mile off which repulses you even more that your clothes / hair / breath reeked even when not smoking, I daren't imagine those that do in cars / their home stenches like.

I do find that it agitates my very sensitive sinuses and I produce a lot of snot, but I was always like that before smoking anyway. Some liquids and over used coils though can give me very mild asthma (again no different to pre smoking).

But there are so many pluses its unreal. No way would I have been able to play indoor footy 3 times a week, over 2hrs of intense aerobic work out, at 37 pre injury I felt as good as I did at 19. Was also great to beat a team full of youngsters who, when walking out of the sports centre all had a fag on the go. The dose is so low you can also take it or leave it. I can go out with the lads and not crave it, and after the 2 recent hospital stays also didn't give it a thought then either, whereas the smokers are asking relatives to take them outside for their hits.

One thing I will say is do not use the cheap chinese often unregulated charging plugs. Get a good quality usb charging hub which will charge batteries quickly but also have safety mechanisms to cut the power when charged, also bonus they will charge phones and tablets etc faster

I meant a throat hit, still waiting for the more unconventional type of juice to put in there that might involve brain wobble 😉

Very big in the USA medicinal community so I hear.  There's even an e-cig kit for sale in the UK that has 3 different atomisers, 1 that takes "dry herbs" - just the thing when you want to puff on a few mint leaves.
