NR quote “It’s been about building and about stability and about sides who have been together two or three years and got this momentum and understanding and then finally hung a promotion on the end of it.” Amen to that! And the crowd can concentrate on the football instead of trying to identify who their players are!

I like the sound of a stable side with youth incorporate. I think if we can survive for the next 3 seasons in this league and slowly build, improve and stablise with younger players learning to play together and improve then I'd be a happy man.

of course SE achieved his success his way but it seems right that it was time for a new perspective.

We all hope its for the long term betterment of the club.

Amen!

Amen to that too Ian. SE did what he could and did a job despite it being a bit unorthodox, but it was obvious to all he was out of his depth and it was panic stations methodology, I'm hoping to see the young lads given a real chance to develop and make a valid contribution, instead of being sidelined.
