I think Tony Stewart's reference 're transfers was to do with the fact that the ridiculous emergency loan system is to be brought to an end next season.
Redders is on there two and it's actually a decent enough interview. In retrospect one can see what shaking it up can bring. New vision. Renewed commitment. I think Tony had lost a bit of fire and belief in SE.
I'm boosted by the interviews. TS still wants us in the premier league. It would be nice if we could do this, can anyone see us in the prem within 3 yrs?
I hope the academy is used and we start to see them getting on the bench or starting.
Good interview and can't wait for Saturday.

I don't think we have an academy as such do we? It's more of a half-hearted youth development system which tries hard but is quite amateurish.
My grandson was with the club for a while but the training sessions were very repetitive and boring and there was a different coach in charge each time. I was disappointed when he left but he became disillusioned with the set up as he wasn't learning much. He's with Barnsley now which is a much more professional organisation.
I really hope Neil Redfearn sorts the youth development side out because I bet we are losing a lot of talented boys at the moment
