No new back room staff coming in. Although some will ignite the "we have run out of money" debate, I think it is a sensible approach. If we are still struggling at Xmas, then we could possibly go and get Thompson from Preston.

Thought Redfearn came across ok today - not as intellectual as Evans, but let's hope he can galvanize and get the best out of the squad.

Happy to keep black and Redders seemed genuinely ok with all the staff at present.

Good to hear he has talked to Gareth. I must admit to always feeling sorry for him as it was clear that when he arrived he was told to expect more support than he got in terms of links to the first team.

Hush little baby don't say a word daddy's going to buy you a mocking bird. If the mocking bird won't sing daddy gunna buy you a new assistant who will also double up as a coach.
