Players out of favour might be happy.

Good luck to Eric Black. His comments suggest that he wants to be a coach and not a manager. He will probably only ever manage us for the one game - lets hope he goes down in history as having a 100% winning record in those meaningless statistics that tell us that Rodgers was a better manager than Dyche last season, for example.

Keep him as coach and get a manger in with PL contacts who can get some good loanees and offcasts in.
