I have voted gray. Even though earlier I sat on the fence. But Tony has contacts at Hillsborough and I do believe Gray will be appointed.

I`ve just voted for  Redfearn / Thommo / Black as coach.

Redfearn is inexperienced but has been known for good work with the juniors at Leeds. A new approach is needed, someone with some fresh ideas.

Steve Thompson was influential at Blackpool under Holloway.

Whoever takes over will have a damned hard job to help us finish 4th from bottom.

The same financial restrictions will still be there so lets hope a new approach / fresh ideas work.

If you`re looking at McDermott then he will want a substantial budget, no experienced manager is likely to take the job on and look a failure at the end of the season.

Looking forward I`m sure there will be a long list of candidates, then it`s up to TS to decide once again.

                                              Over to you Tony.

Ian - I reckon the bloke you're thinking of is also called Brian. Sits in the North stand close to the N\W corner and is always one of the first Millers to appear on Praise or Grumble each week?
