I like both candidates. Stuart Gray would be change from the bluster of SE. Sees the game as it is.
Neil has managed at Leeds under pressure from an overbearing chairman, again TS is change from chellinio.
2/1 gray and 5/4 redfearn so looking like these will are the front runners.
Don't discount Warnock either.
One thing we have to hand cuff to the club is Paul Warne.
Onwards and upwards we move on as a team.
Has anyone actually looked at Neil Redfearn in terms of history and experience?
I dont understand why this guy is linked. His only experience is a 6 month stint at Leeds and even then didnt necessarily do anything of note. His previous managerial experience is non-league? Part of me feels its a sympathy vote because of how he was treated at Leeds. Nothing he has done warrents the job and would be a huge gamble for us if we went in for him. It would be a gable we cant afford to make.

Very good leading article young man.
I hate to say it but all this talk of Gray is making the sun come out

Thankyou Ian, I see your avatar has been changed - but i am in two minds as whether this is a composite picture or real one shot.
If you want to see one up front and the emphasis on defence by all means go for Grey. Grey by name Grey by nature. If what you want is survival in the Championship regardless of the entertainment value of the football on display then go for Grey. If you want to see gates drop due to the lack of entertainment value on display then by all means go for Grey. If all Tony Stewart wants is Championship survival go for Grey he will certainly deliver. But if you all want to look beyond just survival, if you want to see the club develop a youth policy and build from the grassroots and eventually mount a challenge in the Championship, forget Grey he is not capable of doing it.

Looks a bit like Brian Eno with Hair LOL.
Lol.
He does indeed.
Im quite a spiritual person (well that sounds crass). I am and have always been interested in the psyche and comparative religion and esoteric matters and have a fair bit of personal experience traversing the world (both literal and metaphysical) of the strange and wonderful. The chap is a controversial (but not to me of course) Guru called 'Avatar (how apt) Adi Da Samraj': aka; Franklin jones, Bubba free john, . Da free john, Dau Loloma, Da love Ananda,...and on until Parama sapta NA, but most widely known as Adi Da.

The suns gone back in again...but better to be miserable now than make a mistake and be miserable thereafter.
