Out of the Bottom 3 by Saturday evening

Looking at the table this morning, with a good result on Saturday - we could be out of the bottom 3.

The teams above us have "on paper" difficult matches.

Bolton v Brighton

Ipswich v Bristol

Preston v Wolves

MK Dons v Derby

I know our match is not a given, but what i saw on Saturday did give me a little bit more optimism for the rest of the season.

I think we'll still be bottom.  I expect us to lose by 2 or 3 goals, Bristol also to lose and the other three games a draw.

Thanks, Worcester.  That confirms our rather poor record against them.  Time to set things straight.smile

We don't often break these kinda records do we - self explanatory I guess.

I'm more than happy with a point, but form suggests a loss.

Brum seem a solid outfit indeed.

Still can't forget last year's home game. We should have been easy winners.

Ian, I noticed on this and another post some rather odd usage - "lord" and on the Vadis post "lesson".  Are you using one of those automated spell things?

I'm with you on this one Worcester. The law of averages dictates that we must be due a win since I was only 10 the last time and still glowing from our World Cup triumph.

Like the Zero = clean sheet, theres nowt like optimism

Our best hope for Saturday is that they might be a bit 'leggy' having played a first eleven at Villa on Tuesday whereas we had a free week. Still don't love our chances though.

he keeps the same team and same formation we hhave a chance if he goes back to to 4 5 1 we will we defendingso deep as we were at brighton that we will only get chances from set pieces. IF we take them i think we will draw , but im still gob smacked by the numpty comment it was though we had beaten cardiff 5 nil and halford had got a hat trick they wasy salesman evans was gushing

but then im a numpty

yes i cheered yes it was a better performance

ps wood on loan yet another player who could have done the business but evans has wasteda wage on
i think if he could collin would be loaned out so i bet he is kicking himself for letting thompson leave

I know him before i moved to Worcester, used to be in the supporters club - upstairs in the Millmoor hotel, then downstairs in the Prince of Wales (lady diana Bar),

He lived not far from me In Aston, in fact i used to live just around the corner at one bit.

He gave me a lift one bank holiday Monday when the buses werent running, early start and had to be in rotherham early we were away at Torquay 13th April 1998, won 2-1.

I know one of his Son's Martin.

I will stop pretending Worcester Miller, I am that man. I now live with my son Martin in Rotherham. I left Aston after my wife died in 2009. We are still season ticket holders and are still supporting the Miller's home and away.
It's good to know that you are still a Miller. If you see me and Martin at Birmingham on Saturday come up and make yourself known. All the best to you.
