You know it and I know it but for a manager to actually say it is sacrilege

Theirs was as soft a penalty as ours Ex. Divio felt the brush of a hand against his wig and went down like a #%## sandwich.

The result was deserved.

the only things is where is frecks going to play barring any injury whom will he drop
if we keepm ofoe til january or longer then my money is on derbyshire and play andreu up front with jch

Agree, I think Frecks will find it hard to get his place back.

For me he doesnt bring anything to the team over and above what I saw saturday.

A midfield of Ofoe (if stays), Andreu, Smallwood, Newall, with JCH and Derbyshire is the way to go for now. Possibly Frecks and Maguire to freshen things up.

A 4-3-3, or a 4-3-2-1-, is my preferred way forward.

With the greatest respect Ian, I disagree. For all the possession we had in the second half, we lacked the ability to penetrate. There was lots of tidy passing in front of the Cardiff defence but our only attempts on goal came from crosses in the main. What Frecklington does well is run direct at the defence.

Assuming Ofoe stays around, he'd be the first name on my team sheet. Accompanying him in midfield I'd have Frecks, Newell and Smallwood, with JCH and Andreu up front. As a goalscorer, I'm afraid Derbyshire doesn't deserve a starting place at the moment and we need forwards in whom we have some confidence of a goal when the opportunity comes along.

BTW - isn't it refreshing to be talking about goalscoring options rather than how frail the defence is!!

My concern with Frecks is somewhat that he runs forward and exposes the midfield , but with the right shape it might cut down on this.

I also have some queries about his touch.

yes, suddenly we are like a massive attacking machine, lol.

Right or wrong, he is the clubs spokesman, coming out and calling fans numpties is not good. Following this latest comment and many delusional ones from the past I really do worry.
