I dont think we will ever see Bowery in a Millers shirt again. Given plenty of chances (both last season and this season) in my opinion has not taken any. Doesnt offer anything and personally I would rather give young Jerry Yates a go then continually offer Bowery a place on the bench. Has clearly not developed since League 2 with Chezzie.
Some may say he was playing out of position at times this season, but even still he lacks the drive and determination to even win a header or tackle. Bottom end League 1 player at best for me.
Richard Woods is an interesting one for me. Hardly seen him so i cant comment on whether i think he is good enough or not. SE see's him every day so i trust his judgement.
Aidy White has impressed me so far this season but we must remember he is a tad injury prone. He is a good 'impact' player to bring on when we are chasing the gamne, not scared to run at people - unlike Ledsema who has been a huge let down thus far.

Collins and Halford aren't fit to lace Woods boots and thats just on the 2 showings he made last season. Never thought i'd say it but roll on when Broadfoot is back. (Blackpool fans will think we're nuts, crazy or totally in a bad if we're saying that!
Wood in front of Halford & Collins for me. When Broadfoot is back they can both go. Bowery can go, Ledesma, White also. Green been a good player, but not now.
I saw Woods in the pre-season last season against Donny, and i thought he was one of the best on the pitch, along with John Swift (wont go their BTW), Woods for me is the missing link, i dont know what he has done wrong, but he cant complain, picking up a wage without playing for over a year, got to be knocking at the door every week, i know i would be.
Alongside Broadfoot, Woods would be a great addition to the squad, yes addition, he would be like a new signing for us, composed, tough and willing to put his body in the way.
Now onto Broadfoot, would we be in this position, if he was playing week in week out, i dont think we would, but it would be a tall order for him to start with him having no proper match time during his ban, so get over the 10 match ban, but dont expect anything like a full match for another 2 matches after.
JCH would have been on the list but he seems to be back in favour, and so he should be, he will get 10 goals easy this season.
Bowery disappoints me, he cant jump , and for a large lad thats sad really. I thought combined with JCH, Derbyshire etc we would have a semi potent strike force.
But this is what we get with Journeymen/lower league players, we get what we can, when we can.
On another note, Broadfoot cannot play Right Back - ask Blackpool.
Aidy White, needs to be unleashed on the wing and cut in, get the odd freekick edge of the box, this has happened recently and should continue.
One name missing off the list Ian, is Fraser Richardson, he has become a bit of a fringe player recently, i think he may move out on loan.
It looks like Wood is just not going to get a first team opportunity. Most agree that he is a good solid centre back. Either SE has an opinion that is out of step with most supporters (his prerogative) or there is more to it than meets the eye. In my opinion we have tried to use Bowery variously as a target man or a wide attacking player, when he isn't either. He needs to play centrally, but despite his height he isn't someone who is going to win flick-ons when the ball is lumped up to him. He needs it to feet, and preferably in front of him. It looks like he is out of favour. It wouldn't surprise me if both Wood and Bowery were moved out. Grant Ward seems to be the new John Swift - a fleeting chance and then off the radar - but we have him on loan for three months so it will be interesting to see if he features again. Aidy White is an odd one. He has looked a real threat going forward and has the pace that we are screaming out for, but he seems to be behind Newell and Ledesma and possibly now Odjidja-Ofoe for the wide left role, and Richardson was preferred to him at left back against Fulham. He might be the latest in a long line of wide players to feature sporadically then move on. Time will tell.
Very mysterious ways Heman. I think that the Broadfoot/Rawson combo is probably what SE has in mind as his preference at centre back. That makes the summer signings of Collins, Halford and Thorpe somewhat puzzling. The sheer number of centre backs signed over the summer (remember that Buxton can also play there if needed and we still had young Rowe on the books) is further evidence in case it is needed that Wood is nowhere near the frame. Thorpe is an interesting case. He seems to be behind Collins and Halford judging by Saturday's line up (Collins played and Halford was on the bench, and Thorpe is just as versatile as Halford). Very mysterious indeed. So mysterious that I am not having a go on the usual 'team for Tuesday' thread as it is anybody's guess. It wouldn't surprise me at all if Halford started in midfield tonight with Frecks being out.
