Lovely stuff although the snaps of the coach party perhaps present an unfortunate image of some of our finest?  Was the clour off on the first shot of the programme or were Charlton playing in Tangerine?

Yeah, that's one of my faves as well Ian, just a pity he just walked into the shadow cast from the away stand as i took the pic or it would've been a clearer shot.

Some of our finest indeed RK.....isn't that right Towd Codger (sat behind the away day sleeper) biggrinbiggrin

To be fair though, there's nothing much to keep you awake going through the fen lands down the A1. yawnyawn and yes the programme cover itself wasn't very clear and looks tangerine in "real life".

The book i bought though is one of the best club statistical history's i've ever seen.....so much detail gone into every game, rather than just the usual line ups and attendances, and it's the only one i've seen that gives opposition line-up's as well.

Only goes up to 2004, but a real bargain for 522 pages costing £10.......weighed a bloody ton though.

Thanks very much WM, looking forward to it, but strangely nervous at the same time.

You got a bargain with the book as that revised edition is £30-45 on ebay.

Off to AFC Liverpool v Armthorpe Welfare in FA Cup at Marine FC in a bit, so i'll pop the pics from there at the end of this thread.

First visit but looks a decent little set up.

Bye for now....UTM

Great photos Zippy, thank you very much for posting them on here mate, it's much appreciated.

I can't wait for Tuesday's offering from Brighton. Enjoy your V.I.P. day John.

I wish I was going, but I'll be glued to the radio and kicking every ball (if it's live commentary that is)   cry

Again, great photos Zippy, thank you.

The photo of the pie/chips/gravy has got me licking my lips, and all for under £3, that's a bargain, especially at a football ground.
