on the end of his forehead maybe !!!! Revell 150 starts 27 goals, great return NOT!. Stop lumping the ball forward like a div 2 side and play football through midfield, play players in their favoured position not as SE has done whilst at RUFC, might get a result here n there
Revell was certainly underrated by lots of fans, but he was never going to be part of the evolution that needed to happen at this level and we cant afford to keep a big squad in which he can be valuable but not an automatic start.
I think the game has fallen out of love with the big striker who uses power, weight, height and dogged determination. There are a few but not like the era where even the top British teams saw it as a necessity.
They are a poor mans solution at the end of the day...money and imagination both lacking.
We need a forward who can keep the ball in the box and a creative presence just outside.
I think we have enough to get it there but the end product isnt quite coming off.
Tread carefully. Brin, aka Brinnieboy, aka Buy-a-brick-Brin, aka the Cardigan Kid, is a leading member of the original Masbrough branch of the MM mafia. Since the "retirement" of mob bosses Deano and Bigrich Brin has been involved in a vicious turf war with the Canklow-based Ritson gang. The Canklow capo, Canklow Wayne, aka Will Ritson, aka Smalley Poor, aka the Doc, was forced to change identity and relocate first to Leicestershire and then to Banterland where he is presently believed to be shacked up with his Malawi moll, Pat Okem. Don't cross Brin.
