We need a big strong central midflieder, that has some pace and can score goals to sit alongside smallwood or smallwood and green/frecks, depending on the game. We have that in halford, last season for forest he played against us in the friendly if I remember correctly and controlled the game until he went off, he could be our yaya (obviously not the same standard but the principal is the same)
Forest outlay most of the time is a wide player that is strong with pace that can shoot, we have that in Bowery. When he came on on saturday he created a great chance for derbyshire (who missed the ball) we can use him in this position, it also doesn't put him under too much pressure by playing him as a central striker. We have done this before with agard.
Loved this subject title. Pondered it for a long while before opening. What could it mean and who the heck was Antionio and why had this pair been arrested and by whom? The actual content, though interesting, was a little anticlimactic.

It's not a bad idea my only concern (haven't been able to judge) is his mobility. He is fast becoming a boo boy, perhaps his style, being languid draws the attention.
I realise I'm in the minority but bowery for me is a good footballer and I think he should start. He may do well anchored off a halford type but not sure this is entirely necessary. Bowery holds the ball up and protects it very well as well as being able to run with it better than any of our players.
I still think smallwood and green compliment each other the most with a runner and width ahead to link up with bowery/Derbyshire.
The issue is our width both behind and in front of the ball. Lafferty and Hunt made every difference to our team and stopped the congestion we saw on saturday- releasing players into the box.
That's the standard. We are way below that at present.
i think he may become a boo boy because on tuesday he kept telling buxton to get up the flanks which he did then he played a ball other wzay straight to a cambridge player drove me nuts
