Heard last night that Ladesma had a medical and at the last minute signed elsewhere. Also was told, Fee agreed for Martinez to join on a season long loan.

Would agree, not too bothered about Ledesma, he was a ball greedy **** who thought he was better than he actually was. His goal against Blackpool was a bit of a lucky punt to be honest and that was just about the only thing he did during his loan spell. Martinez on the other hand would be an awesome signing. After a dodgy debut he was outstanding during his time with us.

Ledesma splits opinion but for me he was a very good player at this level and could certainly unlock defences. 

 

Agree that he was ball greedy and he certainly put pringles nose out.



Martinez would be an amazing signing. If he signs , i would go as far as to say it would be the best signing of the season . I will believe it when I see it.

Saw Ledesma a few times, was none too impressed, acted like a billy big ******. The celebration at Blackpool was way OTT, against an awful team who we should have been 4-0 up against. Not that it matters I think Danny Ward will come into his own on the left, just a shame we will have next to nothing around him. Frecks needs a big injury free season too

But Martinez would be possibly the biggest coup this club has had in living memory, will be more than surprised if that comes off

If this actually happened, it would change what has been a very painfully slow pre-season thus far into one of excitement.  There is always one signing each summer that makes me giddy for the upcoming season, and Martinez or Tavs would be the one.

If BOTH of them signed, well ... If Carlseberg did pre-seasons.
