Whoa Trigger...... I started this thread about the merits of our first team Home kit for the coming season, not about the merits of our manager.
I stated that I personally don't like it & invited comments. What's wrong with that?
Also, why didn't the club consult fans as other clubs do, & we have done in the past. Seems to me that around 60% of FL clubs have to have the Puma kit & there are around 8/10 templates that clubs have to choose in their respective colours.
No idea about marketing. This kit is ok if you are under 18. I'm way off that and won't be buying one. So no pennies from me and I suspect many others.
Always difficult to combine taste and style with age of course but that V neck will show my By-pass scar its so low!
Not amused. Haven't we only had this for 1 season, I thought there were FA rules, could only change annually for sponsors reasons or when we incorporated the town crest. I think the v cut on the neck is horrid, likewise the red striping down the sides. I'll be getting one of course but its not one of the better kits in the collection
It's absolutely horrific and I have no intention of buying one. I don't understand anybody purchasing one if they don't like it, having the latest shirt isn't compulsory.
Black again? Absolutely no imagination whatsoever, new sponsor to rip off the fans & a bit of Red, apart from that almost Identical to this seasons third kit, god I hate Puma. WTF happened to consulting the fans?

Good to have a new sponsor though as its bound to be an improved deal for the club and keep the shed people onside for other sponsorship opportunities.
Meanwhile, Millers right-back Frazer Richardson has given the new away strip his seal of approval
The kit, with the jersey sponsored by Balreed, was unveiled yesterday.
“I think it’s nice, a bit different with thenavy blue and red,” he said. “I like it.”
Balreed are no strangers to the club having put their name to the stadium scoreboard, as well as sponsoring the back of the 2014/15 home and away shorts.
The kit goes on sale on July 1, while the new home strip will be available from June 1.
