It all depends on your point of view of course, but, on paper we should just get over the line by a couple of points.
Of all the various factors that the beautiful game can serve up, one of the main ones might well be what the likes of Derby, wolves, Watford, Norwich and Fulham need to do to complete their seasons. This is especially relevant as both Millwall and Wigan play their last 2 games against teams who may well have settled for a play off place, and so ourselves with our penultimate game V Norwich.
The 6 pointer between Millwall and Wigan is intriguing. We wont know what result we need until the other 2 games are completed. Im figuring we will want a draw.
I have purposely gone slightly biased against us in terms of form and given Millwall and Wigan 3 points for thier encounter to cover any other eventuality.
As You can see, we remain in the driving seat-Just.
Rotherham 46 points
Wigan 43 points
Millwall 42 Points

Millwall v Wigan is a mutally exclusive 3 points or a point each - you have them both as 3 points.
It did cheer me up though because you are being realistic everywhere else
yes, Heman. I noted that in my post. I wanted to cover each of the (worst) scenarios as well as allowing for an extra 3 points. I did it to look at what kind of misfortune, or run of results might be needed to send us down.
I have studied your tables, Ian. Very interesting and linear. I reckon two wins for us will suffice. Any more than that will be enough to keep us definitely safe in the Championship.
