Well we will be welcoming back Revs for the first time since his departure to pastures new, Cardiff. Steve Evans says he will shake his hand before the game and the player will get a wonderful reception but it has to stop there. I agree, I will clap him before the game but once the game starts he wont get anything from me. After the game he will get a clap too
He's not sure to start or even get on but I think he will get a run out infront of his former Clubs fans.
He will get a round of applause from me in the warm up. Would like to be 2-0 up when he comes on. Don't even mind him getting a consolation goal from 30 yds out in the last minute.

For me, he was and will remain a hero. Luved Revs and fully understand why he needed to move. We all would have done the same given the cir***stances. So I will clap him on and clap him off the pitch. We need to bigger than the few who may give him jip over The Mirror article today. I have seen that article and imo there is nothing untrue or unkind said by Revs. It is after all factual, that they are a much bigger club, have better facilities than us so why some fans are spitting about these comments is strange. He infers Evans shouldn't have changed a winning team so much when we got promoted via the playoffs which a few may find contentious. I don't, I agree with him.
Revs won't determine our fate whether he plays, doesn't play, scores or doesn't score. Our team will determine that and I think we will win with the usual heart wrenching and gasping for air moments associated with watching our team. Bit like it used to be watching England.
Thank you Russell Slade for intimating that Revs will start tonight, I think he will be easier to handle than Kenwyn Jones. I don't go for this idea that former players always play well on their return to their old club. I for one will give Revs a great ovation when he runs out tonight, he deserves that from every Rotherham fan, but when the game starts I will treat him like any other opposition player.I spoke to Alex just before he left to sign for Cardiff and wished him all the best in his future career, but that doesn't extend to the 90 minutes tonight. After that best of luck Alex to a genuine top guy.
