I’ve said if the club offer me a contract and it’s right and in keeping with what other people at the club are on then I’d sign it tomorrow.”

I have been told there is an issue about players' wages as Matt Derbyshire is paid much more than others bar 1. Perhaps Morgs' quote above confirms this

I really don't like this 'what others are on business'.

Pringle, Agard, Morgs, all wanting more than they get.

I know other clubs have the odd starlet who have wages and contract issues and I guess that's partly why taylor was here and why huddersfield moved a couple on.

Thing that bothers me is players feeling the need to make it transparent. It may be just coincidence or what happens but like you say M4ever it could also suggest a bit of a niggle with the club. Morgan will hardly be in demand and neither is pringle so the must feel the wage can be improved on both at RUFC and maybe even in league one.

Perhaps another sign of our need for more revenue.

I'm sorry Mr Morgan but I don't like players using the press to put pressure on the Club over contracts. You have been a good servant to the Club and I have no axe to grind with you on your contribution to the side. But facts have to be faced our lack of pace at the back is costing us.If as we all hope we are still in the Championship next season this problem will have to be addressed, maybe that is why the Club are holding fire on contract negotiations with Craig Morgan, neither him or Arnason are the quickest in the backline. Maybe Evans thinks it's time to bring in a younger centre half with more pace. Just a thought.
