Next seasons wage structure

Will Stewart increase the wage structure next season (assuming we are still in the Championship)? He has seen how much of a struggle it has been this season and will surely find out what other teams are spending. How much of an increase would it take to push for the playoffs? If our top earners are on say £7k per week would £10k per week suffice (that is what Taylor is on). A very crude calculation but £3k extra a week is £150k a year for a squad of 20 players will cost an extra £3m. Would we then be breaking the fair play rules??

From this year a 3 million loss is permitted (8 million if underwritten by TS) without financial and or transfer penalty.

We made a 'small loss' over the last financial year-wasn't it in the region of half a million?

year 2012-13 turnover was an estimated 4.3million.

In our first year of championship football (this season) I would expect an increase in turnover to around 8-9 million (2.3million for each championship club currently plus increase in gate money and sponsorships amount of the sponsorship (AESSEAL for example)

For a comprehensive picture of the structure of the championship:

Implications of new TV deal plus something about 'realistic wage demands', which suggest the 10k mark for a club like ours is wayyyyyyyy above realistic:
