Aston Villa v Leicester City

Villa have had quite a few chances to score. Pearson sat in the stands in first half with Leicester chairman sat behind him breathing down his neck. Think that Pearson needs a result this afternoon.  Villa score first goal. Not looking good for Pearson cry

Pearson is now in the Leicester dugout. Benteke for Villa is wasting chances to go further ahead.

True, Bradford's game would be more of an interest to Yorkshire folk, but BBC 1 are covering six nations rugby union at 2.30 p.m.

The game could have been played instead of the villa-Leicester game m8 It all was arranged wbetween FA and the TV eeps prior with little regard to Bratfud and what they did in the last round and the fact they could be Giant killers again.

I wonder how much longer Pearson will keep his job after today's defeat.
