It's normally Steve Evans who is the scary one, but read about the Millers boss' fear of Mick McCarthy when the pair met this summer.

There's nowt to fear about that dingle. He is an average manager when he has loads of money to spend. He would be pap as a manager on a budget.

Although to be fair he has spent next to nowt on transfers (250k apparently in his whole tenure), but will have a good budget compared to half the league.
