3 games to save his job - allegedly

It could well be utter rubbish, but apparently Evans has got 3 games to save his job with Stewart & Douglas having drawn a line in the sand.

The last time we heard this was in league 2. Evans came out and stated that the chairman had offered him a 10 year contract and his job wasn't at risk. We shall never know as fortunes on the pitch improved.

Those 3 games are against Bolton, Charlton & Ipswich. I've no idea what results are required but I should imagine a return of 4 points will be the minimum required.

No chance of that being true.

Evans has had to hit back by warning that if he loses the next game he will go on hunger strike until we win one. Yeah....right.

He could prob last about 200 games.

If my calculations are correct that would put us in the Northern league division one.

I think tony would stick with steve. Steve would start eating again ( small snacks of course to begin with: double cheeseburger,  fries, big tasty and a gallon of strawberry shake). We would then have 7 promotions on the spin and this time establish ourselves in the championship.

Much later ( estimate season 2033/34) steve would have another dietary crisis that would eventually result in us being crowned European  champions).

TS knows how to get the best out of EVO.

When the line was drawn in the sand was it at Blackpool? If so, then there is something in the rumour. That is, if you are on another footy mad site.

Do you do the okey cokey in Blackpool or do you need to be in hell to do that?

No, I wasn't talking about any sand dance. I was asking if the alleged ultimatum was given before the Blackpool game. That's all.

confuse

Does the ultimatum come from the same source that Harry Redknapp went nuts over at QPR? - if so that person is really doing a number!

No but the source is really old school and has only just moved on from vinyl records.

Oh dear, Oh dear, Oh dear, I thought I had strayed onto Millersmad for a moment. It reminds me of some of the drivel my best mates son comes up with from time to time. Because he knows somebody who knows somebody who knows somebody who knows Tony Stewart. Leave the speculation and rumour mongering where it belongs, on that other site.

I agree with the above.
