Showers of ****e

You have to laugh at what the increasingly and bizarre media put out there. I mean, this article is on the front page of the BBC website.

I can hardly remember the bloody showers working, or if they were the Gym teacher usually gave us more time in the Gym, or on the field rather than waste time with showers. Bloody PC world-just leave it.

I long for a more relaxed and rightly focused media and social conscience. Teacher! Leave them kids alone!

No facilities, can't afford to shower 1000 pupils a week, and worse teachers can't be bothered. It's now up to parents to make sure their kids get competitive exercise. My 8yr old lad is in a football team, my 7yr old daughter in a netball team - out of school. Schools can and never will come close to parents taking an active approach and using the volunteer sector for sport. Parents it's simple if you want your kids to grow into healthy rounded individuals, find a TEAM game they like, get off your backsides and engage in it with them, there are benefits for you too - events & functions, you'll meet new people and new friends and have the same thing in common.

Very true ex. Schools should not be trusted with our children's futures.
