End to end play at the moment. Southampton may score another goal quite soon.

But wait Tyrone Mings for Ipswich has entered the field of play. Good cross from Mings. Keeper saves.

Tyrone Mings - Six feet five inches tall. Will he be the matchwinner?

Quality player. Big Steve would keep him on the bench though.

Tyrone's a left full back but he has been pushed well forward.

This game needs another goal. Preferably from Ipswich. Can't see it myself though.

Cameron Stewart coming on for Ipswich Town. Ambrose taken off. Last throw of the dice for Town.

Free kick to Southampton just outside Ipswich box taken by Ward-Prowse. Poor ball.

A bit of singing from crowd. Two minutes to go plus a bit of added time.

Final whistle has just been blown. Lineker says that it was a 'bit blowy' out there tonight. Oh, and a bobbly pitch.
Now where have we heard that before?

Well, ladies and gentlemen. Thank you for tuning in tonight. Hope you will log-in at some point and join us here on Millers Banter.
It is quite painless really.

Have a safe journey away from this site.

Good night

I was Andy Monium

Thanks, Guys

Comments much appreciated.

I'm going to the game on Saturday so I won't be doing the match thread even though it is tempting.

However, I would like to run a new feature on Millers Banter after Saturday's game.

I will reveal all nearer the time.

I wouldn't want another site to get wind of the feature.

I am still working out the mechanics. I'm sure I'll crack it.

Cheers

Andy
