Who decides on bringing in new players?

Whoever it is needs to be  aware that we want proven, experienced goalscorers/defenders/midfielders.

 

Yes, good players cost money.

 

Shouldn't would be Millers players be put through their paces first to prove adequate fitness? What happens if an agent is touting a player and it turns out that the player in question cannot kick a ball in a straight line?

I still think about the Gisjbert Bos saga. Remember him? I still think there are a few of the same ilk in the game.

I think it's the Christmas Crackers, the RUFC ones don't contain jokes. What's even funnier is they seem better at it as the summer recruitments are awful
